Manufacturing faults in motors, boards and locks, covered for two years from the day your parcel arrives.
What is covered
Manufacturing faults in motors, control boards, touch panels, LED strips, biometric readers and locks. Repair or replacement at our choice. You ship the unit to us at your cost; we cover the return leg.
What is not covered
Marks, scratches and lacquer wear from normal use. Cushions and lining. Damage from liquid, drops, transport after delivery, a housing that has been opened, incorrect settings, or a power supply we did not supply.
The warranty covers the winder only. It does not extend to any watch placed in it: we accept no liability for loss, damage, magnetisation or loss of accuracy of a watch, however caused. Check your watch manufacturer's guidance before use.
Making a claim
Email hello@watchwinderhouse.com with your order number and a short video of the fault. Most claims are settled within three working days.
Your statutory rights
This commercial warranty adds to, and never replaces, whatever statutory guarantee applies where you live.
