How your details are handled
Payment runs through our provider over a TLS-encrypted connection with 3-D Secure. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
When you are charged
In full at the time of order. If we cannot fulfil the order, the charge is reversed within 7 to 14 days.
Currency
All prices and charges are in US dollars. Customs duties and local taxes, where they apply, are handled by us and settled at checkout, so the total at checkout is the total you pay. Your bank may apply its own conversion if your account is held in another currency.
