Care ▾

Wipe the case with a dry, soft cloth. Nothing wet, no solvent, no polish, lacquer and leather both mark.

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from a radiator. Heat is what dulls a lacquered finish over years.

Leave the rotors free to turn: seat each watch firmly on its cushion, and do not force a bracelet that does not close around it.

Shipping and returns ▾

Free tracked and insured shipping worldwide, delivered to your door. Heavy items are delivered to the threshold only, not carried inside, unpacked or installed. Customs duties and import taxes are taken care of by us: where they apply, they are settled at checkout and included in what you pay. Nothing to pay to the carrier, nothing at the door.

Packed within two working days. France and the EU in 8 to 14 working days; the UK, Switzerland, the US and Canada in 10 to 18; elsewhere in 12 to 21.

Thirty days to change your mind. Return it unused, complete and in its original packaging, at your own cost and risk, and we refund the price of the item once it has passed inspection.

Two-year warranty ▾

Motors, control boards, lighting and locks are covered against manufacturing faults for two years from delivery. You send the unit to us at your cost; we repair or replace it and cover the return leg.

Not covered: marks and lacquer wear from ordinary use, cushions and linings, a housing that has been opened, a power supply we did not supply, and any damage to a watch placed in the winder.
